Brittney researches barriers to black entrepreneurship and implements opportunities for black entrepreneurs with the goal of to propelling corporate and economic racial equity.

Worked for the University of Washington Mindfulness program as a weekly assistant and advocate for diversity in wellness, hosting talks at student led organizations pertaining to yoga, mindfulness and wellness as a whole
