The Cyber Fusion Innovation Center (CFIC), in collaboration with U.S. Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) Technology and Innovation Center (ArCTIC) Laboratory, is in search of industry expertise in the automation of a continuously monitored system. The Army requires an automated continuous monitoring system to ensure awareness of information security, vulnerabilities and threats and enable risk-based decision-making.

The Army requires an automated continuous monitoring system to ensure ongoing awareness of information security, vulnerabilities and threats and enable risk- based decision-making. Currently, the Army spends a great deal of time and money resourcing duplicative monitoring systems. Therefore, solutions should define anomalous and malicious cyber activity events, analyze these events, validate definitions and analytics, and adjust analytic thresholds and weights using artificial intelligence within a cost-effective continuous monitoring framework.
