1.1 Ratio Ecoverse Ecosystem.

a) Description. Ratio Ecoverse offers an interconnected marketplace where individuals and businesses can connect with organizations that need services, products, and other solutions (the "Ecoverse"). The Ecoverse is made up of various instances of the Ratio Ecoverse platform – the software used to provide the Ecoverse (each, an "Instance"). Except for the Instance located at ratio.exchange, each Instance is licensed and operated by a third-party organization (each, an "Instance Operator"). Please refer to each Instance Operator's privacy policy to understand their data collection practices and policies.

b) Ecosystem Sharing. Each Instance Operator has the option to allow its users to access different Instances within the Ecoverse. Consequently, even though you register with one Instance, your information and User Contributions (as defined below) within one Instance may become visible to users in another Instance. Similarly, you may be able to access information within other Instances than the one you registered for.

1.2 This policy applies to information we collect:

• On the Website and through your use of the Services.
• In email, text, and other electronic messages between you and the Website, through the Services, and otherwise between you and the Company.
• Through our mobile applications, if any.
