Our Social Responsibility

Equity in Entrepreneurship

In our society, ownership of a business is a major indicator of economic, social, and political power. Access to entrepreneurship looks very different for people with different identities. Women, LGBTQIA+ people, people of color, immigrants, low-income people, disabled people, and more face a range of systemic barriers to successful entrepreneurship throughout their lifetimes. At Ratio Exchange, we are breaking down these barriers and driving equity through partnerships with leading nonprofits and equipping diverse innovators with uniquely built exchanges to accelerate their businesses.
